All you need is an electrical outlet to plug in the station and a safe place where it will not fall on anyone. JB Charging covers the rest.
What happens if a customer damages or steals a charger?
Customers are charged a non-return fee of $39 for lost or damaged chargers. This fee is controlled by CM Garza Distributor to replace the charger.
How do I get support if there are issues with the charging station?
JB Charging provides full support for all charging stations. You can contact our support team at any time for assistance.
Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden or monthly fees. You will only cover the energy cost. JB Charging and CM Garza Distributor covers the rest.

What if I want to stop hosting the charging station?
You can contact CM Garza Distributor (see contact info above) to arrange the removal of the station. There are no penalties for discontinuing the service.
Can I host multiple charging stations at my venue?
Yes, we can begin with one station and assess the demand. If needed, you can add more charging stations to accommodate your customers.
